March 22nd is World Water Day, a day we at H2O for Life celebrate all of the students and teachers who have joined us over the past ten years to help bring water to schools around the world.
550,000 U.S. students have participated in H2O for Life service learning projects over that time period. Those students have raised 3.2 million dollars which have been matched for a total impact of 6.4 million dollars to provide safe water and sanitation for nearly 300,000 students in the developing world.
