The Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma has had a coordinated response to provide food assistance to children, families and school personnel during the teacher walkout this week.
How is the Food Bank Helping
Children: Increased meal production though Hope’s Kitchen, which provides meals to children after school and during school breaks through partner Kids Café sites.
Families: Prepared, packed and distributed family boxes full of nutritious food in impacted areas through our network of community-based partner agencies in 53 central and western Oklahoma counties.
